Our copywriting process
From start to finish I'll walk you through the steps of gathering all the materials needed to create your content!
01.
Welcome
You'll receive a Welcome Email with links to your Client Portal that includes your Contract & Invoice. Once these two are processed, we will proceed to the next step.
02.
Set Up
Next, you will fill in a Logins document with all of your usernames/passwords and accounts you may need to create that are necessary to our work. This is followed by your filling out a Brand Voice Questionnaire.
03.
Get Started
We will have a one-time Onboarding Meeting to go over our workflow. Next, we will have our first Strategy Meeting to make the first month's content plan!

Content is ongoing material that builds your authority as an expert, connects with your audience, and attracts ideal clients to your products and services without a direct sale. Examples include: newsletters, blogs, social media posts, etc. Conversion copy is written to persuade and cause the reader to take action. It is marketing text in an email, on a sales page, or on a social media post that has conversion (turning a follower into a client) as the goal.

A blog can rank starting as early as 60-90 days from its publishing date. I can’t make any promises since ranking depends upon a variety of factors. I always optimize your blog and implement the best SEO strategies! Pinterest can also take a minimum of six months before you begin to see traction.
All of this is organic growth so we need to give it the time it needs while adjusting as needed!

I’m not saying you can’t write your own copy! Most of my work actually pulls from your own words regarding the current topic and compliments other content that you share. I’m taking the weight off your shoulders for strategizing, building, and repurposing your content but you will still be involved!
