Content Management & Repurposing

How It Works

Content repurposing takes a long-form source piece of content such as a blog post or podcast episode and then repurposes it into smaller forms like Instagram posts, Pinterest graphics, and Reels. This saves you time by optimizing the content you already have!

Why It Matters

Because you’ve got more important things to do like…

  • Providing the services and products that you offer

  • Being the visionary for your business's future goals

  • Managing your team

Let me be the one to turn one piece of content into many! Keep reading to learn how…

Content Repurposing Map

Imagine you spend hours writing and then building a blog.

You hit publish, and you’re so over it.

Now, you have to figure out what to post on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and all the other platforms that you’re “supposed” to keep up with.

I won’t argue that every business needs to be on every platform (that’s where profit-focused strategy steps in) but you DO want content on more than one platform.

It all starts with ONE long-form piece of content.

Blog Posts

How to Plan a Wedding on a Budget

I write the blog (the long-form source content) then I build it and publish it to your site using search engine optimization (SEO is what brings traffic to your site).

Next, I pull the main points from the blog, then rephrase and edit that down into an Instagram post or two.

We then hop into Pinterest and transform the Title, Main Points, or a Quote from the blog into Pinterest graphic pins. You can transform these graphics into Idea Pins, too!

Podcasts

In this case, the client wrote the podcast episode but I’m ready to work on that ideation with you!

The client creates a new podcast episode that I listen to and pull from the show notes to create new content.

We can then turn the episode into a newsletter that adds insider information exclusive to the email list. Most of the time, I write new content elaborating and embellishing on that podcast’s message. I get straight to the heart of it and pull out more!

Following the newsletters, I return to the podcasts pulling the main points and editing that down into an Instagram Post or two.

Take a look at this newsletter highlighting the Q&A podcast episode while also getting personal about valuing the readers of this community. This was then turned into an Instagram post pointing to the podcast and the community (swipe right for an easily pinnable graphic, too!)

Marking this 100th Episode Recap was a Newsletter summary followed by an Instagram post (swipe to the right for tip graphics from the podcast).
