Words That Move–How to start your content transformation
Before you can repurpose any content, you must know your content’s purpose. Knowing what you want your content to DO tells us where it should GO, and what it will accomplish once it gets there.
Previously, you may have created for the sake of maintaining a bare minimum online presence. But it’s no longer about being the loudest, the most consistent, or the one trying to somehow beat the algorithm–it’s about cutting through the noise to stand out in your market.
Our goal is to create copy that makes you the obvious first choice to your ideal client.
You don’t have to be everyone’s choice - just the best option to the right people.
Let your content become the word of mouth that sends the best clientele directly to you.
HERE’S HOW that happens when we create content that talks about you behind your back:
Words That Work Twice—
My Content Repurposing Superpower
Content Repurposing takes one piece of content and turns it into many across multiple platforms, compounding the lifespan of each one.
For example, one long-form piece of content (such as a blog) can be broken down and converted into ALL of the following:
Instagram Reels or TikTok videos
Instagram Posts
Instagram Stories
Newsletter Topics
Pinterest Graphics
Pinterest Pins
Lead Magnets
And more!
I create your blog with repurposing in mind, so that everything we build can be utilized in multiple ways. I’m also able to modify previously created media, turning it into content that can be optimized further!
No matter how little or how much you have, content repurposing does the work for you using Words That Work Twice.

These are examples of long-form pieces of content I created for clients that have been repurposed across various platforms.
Blog Posts
I write, build, and publish SEO-optimized blog posts to your site. The blog may tell a story, provide tips, serve as a location guide, or share more about you and the services you offer. ALL of it points back to you as the expert, highlighting the problems you solve for your clients.
We then repurpose these into more media that markets what you offer!
Follow the path that your content travels to bring the traffic back to you!
I write the blog then I build it and publish it to your site using SEO-optimization.
Next, I pull the main points from the blog, then rephrase and edit that down into an Instagram post or two.
We then hop onto Pinterest or another platform and transform the Title, Main Points, or a Quote from the blog into Pinterest graphic pins.
We also create Instagram Story graphics to share tips and highlight that a new piece of content has arrived! These can then be repurposed again onto Pinterest as additional graphics.
Every story, every industry, every voice – I’m here to articulate what you have to say:

The Process FAQs
-
You could write it yourself, but you have more important things to do than feeling overwhelmed by needing to constantly create and share on various platforms. I do not use AI in writing for my clients, because you have paid for my brain and the gifts, skills, and human touch that comes with it. While AI can be a useful tool, it becomes generic and recognizable very quickly, which can harm your brand’s reputation, as well as negatively impact your organic results. AI is not finessing the personalization, strategy, purpose into the content we create.

Included in your onboarding process is learning all about you and your business. I will study the language you use, the audience you are targeting, and how you sound when talking about your offerings. This applies to solo brands and larger companies where we will take your first few rounds of content to confirm that your words sound like you!
-
I will always utilize best practices and refer to Google Analytics in order to monitor what’s working. We will strategize your content and copy to aim for the goals that will currently serve your business, defining what a possible ROI can mean for you. No results are guaranteed, as SEO outcomes rely primarily upon the SEO optimization and functionality of your current website.

You can provide ideas as they come, otherwise I will build a Content Ideas List to guide your blog topics based on the resources you want to provide, the keywords you wish to rank for, and the photo galleries you have available to you.
